DELIVERY POLICY AND CHARGES
United SFL delivers products of acceptable quality to the delivery address as specified by the Customer on the registration form, within the time windows selected by the Customer but United SFL shall not be liable for any delays in its delivery services, if the delay has been due to causes beyond the control of United SFL. 2-3 workings days are required for the processing and delivering of the orders.
Free delivery is available for orders value of RM2000 (promotion vouchers are excluded in the calculation of total value of RM2000) and above.
For orders value less than RM2000, there will be a delivery charge of RM50.
You can change the delivery date 2 days before the delivery date selected, by giving us a call or drop us a message. If you cannot accept the orders due to any emergency reasons, please call us at least 24-hours before the delivery date at 016-231 6620 to arrange for the new delivery date. Or else delivery charges of RM50 will be charged for last-minute changes.
For any un-received orders, a delivery charges of RM50 will be charged when we re-delivering. There will be no refund for items damaged due to changes in temperature in the delivery process for the items returned due to unreceived orders.
ORDER COLLECTION
You may fix an appointment with United SFL to pick up your order at our store. 2-3 workings days are required for the processing of the orders. Self-pickup option is available upon checkout.

ORDER CONFIRMATION
Customers will receive an order confirmation via email within 24 hours. If you do not receive the confirmation email, you may call us at +6012-231 6620 or email fnhbusiness@gmail.com
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
The Customer may not change or cancel the order any time after payment has been made. If customers choose not to accept delivery, we are not able to refund any payment made.
NO REFUND POLICY
As we are dealing with fresh produce and food products, we “uphold our product handling process very strictly" and thus items purchased cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded unless the item has been delivered in a damaged condition and rejected upon delivery. Damaged products will be replaced as soon as possible with the next delivery to your zone.
